Acceptable use policy
These rules cover uploaded photos, generation requests, generated results and their distribution. The service is for an authorized adult portrait in a fictional party-video remake.
Get permission before uploading
Use a photo of yourself or an adult who has agreed to appear in this AI remake. Obtain any necessary rights from the photographer or rights holder. A photo being public, searchable or downloadable does not make it authorized. Do not upload minors, group images that introduce unconsenting subjects or a public figure’s likeness without appropriate authorization.
Do not create harmful or deceptive material
Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, false evidence, fraud, scams, blackmail, harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Do not imply that an AI-generated event really happened or that a depicted person endorsed a product, political position or statement they did not authorize.
Sexual exploitation, sexualized minors, child sexual abuse material, pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence and sexualized impersonation are prohibited, including synthetic or fictional depictions. Do not submit material that promotes self-harm, real-world violence, terrorism, hate or discriminatory abuse, or graphic gore, torture and cruelty.
Respect image, footage and music rights
Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights or other applicable rights. You are responsible for permissions needed for the input and intended distribution. Crediting a creator does not replace a license. The reference template, its audio and third-party examples do not confer a general commercial license on users.
Identify generated content honestly and retain any legally or platform-required provenance marks. Do not present reference examples as your own production, fabricate a product endorsement or remove a required label in order to mislead viewers. Check the publishing platform’s rules before sharing.
Protect the service
Do not bypass moderation, account restrictions or payment checks; automate abusive requests; exploit software faults; upload malware; use stolen payment credentials; or interfere with other accounts. A rejected request does not authorize changing the same material to evade a safety check.
Moderation and account action
Requests are subject to safety checks and can be rejected. Checks can make mistakes and do not prove consent, identity or rights ownership. We can restrict a disputed file, stop processing, suspend access or remove material while reviewing a report. We may preserve relevant records or notify appropriate authorities when required by law.
A confirmed failed generation releases its credit reservation under the task rules. Enforcement and billing questions are reviewed on their facts; a content restriction is not a promise of an automatic cash refund or a rule that paid credits expire with time.
Report abuse or appeal a decision
Email support with the relevant page, task or media reference, a description of the concern and a way to contact you. For likeness reports, explain your relationship to the depicted person. For copyright reports, identify the protected work, the disputed material and your authority to act for its rights holder.
Do not attach illegal content, private identity documents or unnecessary financial details to an initial report. If you disagree with an action, reply with its reference and evidence that can help us reassess it. We review reports manually and can request more information needed to investigate.
