Privacy notice

This notice explains personal data used for accounts, payments, support and photo-to-video processing. A local photo preview and a submitted generation are different processing steps.

Local selection and submitted photos

Selecting a portrait displays it in temporary browser memory. Selection alone does not create a generation task or send the photo to an AI provider. Removing the selection, reloading or leaving the page clears the local preview without deleting the original file from your device. When you submit, the browser prepares the file and uploads it for private processing.

The submitted portrait, prepared reference material and generation instructions are sent to the processing service needed to create your requested video. We process the task status, provider identifiers, result location and safety-related outcome to recover requests, deliver files and avoid duplicate settlement. Use only a portrait of yourself or an adult who has agreed to this processing.

Account and transaction information

Account information can include your email, display name, profile image, sign-in provider identifiers and authentication records. Email registration uses a protected password representation rather than displaying your password publicly. Optional Google sign-in provides basic account information needed to authenticate you. Authentication providers handle their part of sign-in under their own policies.

Purchases produce an order reference, payment status, pack, amount, currency and a credit ledger. Our hosted checkout provider handles payment credentials; do not send card details to us by email. We use payment records to provide credits, reconcile notifications, resolve refunds and investigate fraud. A payment return alone does not establish successful payment.

Hosting and processing services

Infrastructure providers support website hosting, account records, private media storage, transactional email, payment processing and video generation. The implementation uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for application records, Cloudflare for storage and domain services, and Resend for transactional email. The payment provider is identified at checkout.

Our AI video generation model is ByteDance’s Seedance 2.0 Mini (model ID: seedance-2.0-mini), accessed through APIMart. When you submit a generation, APIMart processes your portrait, prepared reference material and generation instructions using this model to create the requested video footage. The same model is used for every credit pack.

These providers can process information in countries other than yours. We share the information needed for the relevant service rather than publishing your input or result in a public gallery. We do not claim that removing our copies instantly removes a provider’s processing records. Review a provider’s own policy for its retention, security and deletion terms. Processing providers apply their own data-use policies; no broader training exclusion is promised here.

Media retention and access

Uploaded photos and derived input copies are retained for 7 days from the original upload. Finished results are retained for 30 days from completion. You can request earlier deletion. Account deletion triggers media cleanup, subject to processing that must first be resolved and records we must retain for legitimate billing, security or legal purposes.

Access to private results uses temporary links. A link expiring does not mean the underlying file has already been deleted, and receiving a link does not make the result permanently hosted. Save a copy within the retention window if you want to keep it. Media deletion does not cause unused credits to expire.

Operational logs and support

Website requests can create ordinary logs such as request time, IP address, browser details, requested path and error information. We use them for reliability, security and troubleshooting. Task references and payment ledger records may remain after media is deleted because they are needed to explain account activity, reconcile payment or resolve a dispute.

If you contact support, we process your email and the information you choose to provide. Send a task or order reference rather than attaching unnecessary portraits, identity documents or financial credentials. Reports involving unauthorized likeness use may require further information; we will ask for what is needed to investigate.

Optional analytics and cookies

Optional Google Analytics loads after you allow analytics. We use public-page measurement to understand visits and product interactions. Photos, generated videos, passwords, payment credentials and support message contents are not analytics event payloads. Account identifiers may associate consented activity with an account where implemented; they are not a reason to send your email or portrait to analytics.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Essential authentication and security storage operates separately from optional measurement. The cookie notice describes the categories and controls. Opening an external source or payment page subjects that destination visit to its own policies.

Your requests and choices

You can decline optional analytics, remove an unsubmitted photo, download results while available and request deletion of stored media or your account. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may also request access, correction, a copy of your information or limits on certain processing. Contact the operator so the request can be assessed and routed.

We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before disclosing or deleting information. Do not send an identity document with an initial request. Some records may need to remain for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal obligations or disputes; we will explain a relevant limitation rather than promising immediate removal of every record.

Adults and changes to this notice

The service is for adults aged 18 or older, and uploaded portraits must depict adults. If you believe a minor’s information or an unauthorized portrait has been submitted, report the task or page reference so we can investigate and restrict access where appropriate. Do not attach unlawful material to a report.

We update this notice when material processing practices change and display the revision date above. The seven-day input and thirty-day result periods concern media storage; financial credits remain permanent unless used or adjusted for a documented order reversal or correction.
