Cookie notice
Essential browser storage supports sign-in, security and your choices. Optional analytics starts after you allow it and can be withdrawn through Cookie settings.
Essential cookies and local preferences
Authentication cookies maintain your signed-in session and help protect account requests. The site can also store necessary interface preferences and your analytics choice. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other account features from working. These functions are separate from optional site measurement.
Your browser controls allow you to inspect or remove cookies and other site data. Removing them can sign you out or reset preferences. It does not itself delete a paid account, payment ledger, submitted photo or completed video from our systems.
Photo previews are not cookies
The selected portrait is displayed in temporary browser memory until you submit it. It is not placed in a cookie. Removing the selection or reloading clears that preview. A submitted upload is different: it is processed and retained under the privacy notice, with inputs kept for 7 days and results for 30 days.
Optional Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics can measure visits and product interactions and can set analytics identifiers such as _ga cookies. Their configured lifetime can be up to two years and may be renewed by later consented visits. Browser settings can shorten storage. We do not use the site’s analytics integration to upload portraits, result videos, support messages, passwords or payment credentials.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to decline or withdraw optional analytics. After withdrawal, the site stops optional measurement and clears site-managed analytics cookies where possible. Withdrawing consent does not retroactively erase data already sent to a provider; contact support if you also want to request review or deletion of related personal information.
External websites and checkout
Following a source link, using an external sign-in provider or entering hosted checkout opens a separate service. It can use cookies under its own policies. Public template playback hosted as a media file is different from opening a social platform’s embedded player. Review the destination’s privacy and cookie choices when you leave this site.
More about your information
The privacy notice explains account information, generation processing, providers, media retention and your requests. Cookie choices do not put a time limit on credits: unused credits never expire, even after a browser cookie or a stored media file is deleted.
