Terms of use

These terms govern accounts, photo uploads, AI video generation and one-time credit purchases at ai-burning-bridges.net. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and can enter this agreement.

The service you are buying

Burning Bridges AI generates a new interpretation of a fixed party-video reference using one portrait of an adult. The output specification is a ten-second, 16:9, 720p MP4 with the prepared template audio. The service does not accept arbitrary reference videos, multiple portrait subjects or custom prompts in this workflow. Reference clips and third-party examples are labeled as such; they are not represented as results made for our customers.

AI output can vary in likeness, hand detail, objects, camera movement and timing. We do not guarantee an exact recreation, a particular processing time or suitability for an intended publication. A successfully delivered generated interpretation may differ from your expectations. Review the full video before sharing it.

AI model and processing provider

Video generation uses ByteDance’s Seedance 2.0 Mini model (model ID: seedance-2.0-mini), accessed through APIMart. The same model is used for Starter, Plus and Pro credit packs. Your portrait and the fixed reference are sent to APIMart to process the requested generation. Burning Bridges AI applies the prepared template audio after the footage is generated.

Your account and permissions

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Do not sell access, bypass account limits or use another person’s account without authorization.

Submit only your own portrait or an image of an adult who has agreed to this AI use. You must also have the rights needed to upload and process the photograph. Checking a consent box records your acknowledgement; it does not verify identity, ownership or permission. Do not upload minors or use a public figure’s likeness without appropriate authorization.

Prices and permanent credits

The service sells one-time USD credit packs: Starter costs $4.90 for 1 credit, Plus costs $9.90 for 3 credits, and Pro costs $19.90 for 8 credits. There is no recurring subscription. The checkout displays the applicable total and any taxes before payment. Credits are added only after payment is verified.

One successfully delivered video consumes 1 credit. Credits never expire because of time or inactivity. They are service credits, not cash, a transferable currency or a promise of indefinite media storage. Refunds, payment reversals, fraud corrections or confirmed billing errors can adjust the credits associated with the affected order. Those adjustments are not time-based expiry.

Reservations, failures and repeat attempts

Submitting a request reserves 1 credit while the task runs. The credit is consumed when the completed result is saved for delivery. Confirmed technical or moderation failure releases the reservation, and the released credit remains permanent. If a provider response is uncertain, we reconcile the existing request before settling it; repeatedly submitting the same request can create separate attempts.

A task may continue when you leave the page. Check My videos for its status. A new request made after a successful delivery is a separate generation and requires another credit. Safety checks may reject content and do not guarantee that every prohibited request will be detected.

Uploaded material and generated results

You retain the rights you already hold in your input. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that material to processing providers as necessary to operate your requested task, deliver the result, handle support and enforce these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photograph to us.

We do not promise that AI output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for the permissions needed for publication, including likeness, photograph, footage and music rights. Access to the template soundtrack is not a blanket commercial music license. Attribution alone does not replace permission. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by Drake, Higgsfield or the referenced works’ rights holders.

Storage and deletion

Photos selected for local preview remain on your device until submission. Uploaded inputs are retained for 7 days from upload. Finished videos are retained for 30 days from completion. Earlier deletion is available through the account where provided or by contacting support. Download results you want to keep before their retention period ends.

Short-lived access links can expire while the file still exists. Our retention periods apply to our media copies; processing providers apply their own retention and deletion rules. Required billing, security and transaction records may be retained separately from media. Unused credits do not expire when an uploaded photo or result is deleted.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not use the service for non-consensual impersonation, harassment, sexual content, child exploitation, fraud, hate, threats, prohibited violence or infringement. Do not remove required provenance marks or bypass moderation and account protections. The acceptable-use policy provides the rules for inputs, requests, results and distribution.

We may stop requests, restrict access to disputed material or suspend an account to investigate abuse, secure the service or comply with law. You can report a concern or appeal an action by contacting support with the relevant reference and supporting information. A suspension does not automatically decide an outstanding billing complaint; we review those separately.

Refunds and payment disputes

The refund policy explains how to request review of an unused purchase, duplicate payment, missing credits or a defective delivery. A released generation reservation is a return of available credits, not a cash refund of the pack. Approved monetary refunds return through the original payment method when supported. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

If a payment is reversed, we may reverse the corresponding unused credits and investigate affected activity. Do not share card numbers or passwords with support. Provide the order reference and the account email used at checkout so the payment can be located.

Availability and changes

We may change features, prices for future purchases or these terms. The version displayed when you buy describes that purchase; a later price change does not reprice an earlier order. We will communicate material changes affecting existing rights where appropriate. If the service must close, we will communicate the treatment of outstanding paid balances rather than describing closure as ordinary credit expiry.

The service is provided subject to limitations permitted by applicable law. We do not exclude rights or liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude. The operator is based in China; mandatory protections that apply to you remain unaffected. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
